Cider Gum Restaurant & Café offers modern Australian Cuisine infused with native bush flavours. The restaurant adjoins a deck-style café that provides more casual dining where guests can sit back and enjoy an espresso while taking in a view of the majestic Bunya Pines that surround the venue.

Weekend Breakfast 9.00am – 11.30am
Lunch from 10am – 3.00pm, 5 days; Closed Tuesday and Wednesday
Dinner from 6.00pm, 4 days ; Closed Sunday night, all day Tuesday and Wednesday

Crispy Skin Duck Half braised duck half on lentils du pay with celeriac and potato puree with star anise infused sauce

Porterhouse 300gm sirloin with garlic and rosemary mashed potato, honeyed carrots, zucchini and a red wine jus

Hunters Chicken roasted half chicken served with a rustic cacciatore sauce and truffle infused potato croquettes

Whole Trout Pan fried trout served on spiced cous cous and buttered wilted spinach, finished with Capsicum and Bunya Nut relish

Pumpkin Risotto Diced pumpkin and nutmeg with pea, caramelised onion, parsley and finished with parmesan

Chevon Curry with cumin & coconut milk infused rice rocket salad & riata

Potato Gnocchi served in a Napoli sauce with béchamel, parmesan and rocket
